Fix one workflow, completely.
$4,000–5,000. About three weeks. Built and live on the tools you already pay for, at a price and a date agreed in writing before we start.
- Fixed price. If it runs over, that is ours to absorb
- A written definition of done, agreed before we build
- Two rounds of revisions included
- You own the code, the workflows and the credentials
One workflow, taken all the way to working.
Not a pilot, not a proof of concept, and not a dashboard nobody opens. One process that a person currently carries, moved onto something that carries itself.
- 01
Map
Access, the process written down, and a specification you sign off. You know what is being built before anything is built.
- 02
Build
We build it and show it running on your own data while there is still time to change it.
- 03
Test
Run against live data alongside the manual process, so nothing depends on it until it has earned that.
- 04
Train
Your team walked through it, plus a recorded walkthrough they can rewatch.
- 05
Hand over
A written runbook, every credential in your accounts, and the option to keep us on to maintain it.
Agreed in writing, before you pay anything.
- What is in scope, and what is explicitly out of it.
- The definition of done — the specific thing that has to be true for the Sprint to be finished.
- Two rounds of revisions, and the price of a change request beyond them.
- The date. If we miss it, that is our problem, not a new invoice.
Most people should start with a Roadmap.
A Sprint fixes one workflow. Choosing which workflow is the decision that determines whether the money was well spent — and that is what the Roadmap is for. It costs $1,200, takes two weeks, and comes off the Sprint price entirely if you go ahead within 60 days.
If you already know exactly which process is costing you and what “fixed” looks like, you can skip it and brief us directly. We will tell you honestly if we think the Roadmap would have caught something.
Find out where the money is leaking.
The Automation Roadmap maps your process, counts the manual steps and prices the fix. Two weeks, $1,200.
We reply within one business day.
