What this site collects
Nothing automatically. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads no third-party trackers. Fonts are served from our own domain, so no request about you leaves your browser to a font provider. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
What you send us
If you fill in the enquiry form, we receive what you typed: your name, your company, your email address and your description of the work. It reaches us by email. We keep it for as long as the enquiry is live, and while we are working together if it becomes a project.
We do not add you to a mailing list, we do not sell or share the details, and there is nothing to unsubscribe from. If you want it deleted, ask and it is deleted.
Project documents, and AI tools
This is the part most privacy pages are vague about, so it is worth being direct.
We build with AI tools. That means some project content — documents, data samples, code — passes through third-party AI providers as part of development. We will not pretend otherwise, and it is the reason we do not sign formal NDAs: signing one would promise a standard of confidentiality that our build process does not meet.
What we do commit to, in writing, in every engagement: we never disclose that we work with you, never discuss your business with anyone outside the project, and never share your documents or data beyond what the build requires. If your compliance requirements are stricter than that, tell us before we start and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.
Credentials and access
Where a project needs access to your systems, we ask for the narrowest permissions that will do the job, held in your accounts rather than ours wherever possible. At handover, everything is documented in a runbook and every credential is yours to rotate.
